THE GREAT WINTER CLEARANCE SALE!

You don't need to resort to violence against your appliance. Believe it or not, there is still value there. So put down those sledge hammers, save the chain saws for their original purpose and stop by Rochester Appliance. You'll be happy you did. 

 

 

Q: I see it says "Select Appliances". Which are the selected appliances? 
A: All washers, dryers, refrigerators and ranges that are in stock. There are roughly 600 qualifying appliances in stock. 

Q: What needs to be done to get the 5 year warranty?
A: Trade in the appliance you are replacing. There are no limitations on the functionality or age of your trade-in. 

Q: What does the 5 year warranty cover?
A: This warranty covers, up to the entire value of your purchase in parts and labor. The extended warranty will equal 5 years when you combine it with the manufacturer warranty. e.g. If there is a 1 year manufacturer warranty, we purchase an extension that covers you from the beginning of years 2 to 5. The warranty only covers purchases made inside Monroe County.

Q: Who do I call if there is a problem with the appliance under warranty? 
A: We are authorized to repair your appliance under the extended warranty, but you would need to call the warranty provider and they will dispatch us. A brochure will be provided with all contact info at the point of sale.

Q: Can I see what kind of appliances you have online?
A: Yes most appliances in our "Get It Now" section are available for this sale. Click here to check out our inventory. 

Q: Do you deliver?
A: Yes, we deliver and install in Monroe County only at this time. A drop off delivery outside or in your garage is free. Installation of your appliance requires an extra fee. That fee depends on the type of appliance purchased. See us for details on our competitive pricing. 

Q: Where are you located?
A: 900 Jefferson Road, Henrietta. Right next to Palmer's in the Regional Market. Click here to view our location on a map. 

Q: When does this sale end?
A: This sale ends on Saturday 1/29.
